About this policy

This policy describes the website forms of NOVA STAR INVESTMENTS (PTY) LTD, trading as NOVA CASH LOANS. Contact admin@novacashloans.co.za or call 065 522 3993 with privacy questions. This is a policy draft for business review.

Information collected

The initial application asks for your name, email, mobile number, employment status, occupation and requested loan details. It does not collect identification numbers, banking details or documents. The separate contact enquiry form asks for your name, email, enquiry category and message. Never provide passwords, PINs or OTPs.

WhatsApp applications

The website prepares a message addressed to WhatsApp 083 261 9777. You review it, open WhatsApp and tap Send yourself. Opening the chat does not deliver the application. Your message is then processed through WhatsApp and received by Nova Cash Loan under their respective arrangements. Review WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.

Purpose and consent

Nova Cash Loan uses the information you send to respond to your application and discuss the assessment and next steps. Submission is not approval. Further information and any authority needed for credit bureau checks must be arranged separately.

Supporting documents

The website application has no document upload facility. A WhatsApp link cannot attach documents automatically. Ask the team which documents are needed and how to provide them before attaching files in the chat. Do not add ID numbers or banking information to the application message.

Contact enquiry email delivery

The separate general enquiry form uses FormSubmit over HTTPS for email delivery to admin@novacashloans.co.za. Verification, mailbox activation and service availability affect delivery. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms.

Access, retention and requests

The website does not store application details in browser local storage or a website database. Details remain in the current form until you close or reload the page, and in WhatsApp if you send them. Nova Cash Loan must manage its message and email records and confirm its retention schedule. Contact admin@novacashloans.co.za for access, correction, applicable deletion or retention requests.

Website services

Hosting infrastructure, Google Fonts, WhatsApp and the contact form service may process technical information according to their arrangements. This website does not add marketing analytics.
